Workshop Accessibility

Safe For The Office™ provides the facilitation structure — but facilitators play an important role in making workshops accessible for their teams.

Facilitators should consider:

  • - Room setup and display readability for all participants
  • - Offering multiple ways for participants to contribute
  • - Allowing time for reflection before responses are required
  • - Being aware of the accessibility needs of attendees in advance
  • - Ensuring QR codes and joining instructions are clearly visible

Known Limitations

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some areas may not yet meet every standard we are working toward. We treat accessibility issues as a priority and address them with each release.
