Safe For The Office™ is a workshop facilitation platform. The platform includes Topic Packs, Playbooks, Toolkit resources, Workshop Plans, participant activities, and facilitator tools.
Users are responsible for how they use the platform.
Facilitator Responsibility
Facilitators remain responsible for:
- - workshop design decisions
- - participant management
- - interpretation of workshop discussions
- - actions taken following a workshop
Safe For The Office™ provides structure and guidance but does not replace facilitator judgment.
Participant Content
Participants are responsible for content they submit during workshop activities. Users agree not to submit unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or intentionally harmful content.
Safe For The Office™ may remove or restrict access when misuse is identified.
No Professional Advice
Safe For The Office™ provides workshop content and facilitation resources. The platform does not provide legal, HR, employment, medical, or financial advice.
Workshop materials are intended to support discussion and reflection.
No Warranties
The platform is provided as-is. Safe For The Office™ makes no guarantee regarding uninterrupted availability, suitability for a particular purpose, workshop outcomes, participant behaviour, or organizational decisions.
Intellectual Property
Topic Packs, Playbooks, Toolkit resources, guides, templates, and related content remain the property of Safe For The Office™ unless otherwise stated.
Licensed users may use downloaded resources internally. Resources may not be resold or redistributed as standalone products.
Service Changes
Safe For The Office™ may improve content, add or remove features, update workflows, and revise plans from time to time.
