AI Policy

How AI is and is not used within Safe For The Office™ — including participant data handling, transparency commitments, and human oversight.

AI At A Glance
  • Participant responses are not sent to AI systems
  • AI is not used to score, evaluate, or classify participants
  • AI is not used to analyze sentiment or behaviour
  • AI does not make decisions about participants
  • Workshop interpretation remains the responsibility of facilitators
  • AI use in platform development is disclosed below

AI in Workshop Sessions

Safe For The Office™ does not use AI to process, analyze, or interpret participant responses during workshop sessions. Participant answers are not sent to any language model, machine learning system, or AI service — by any party.

The platform displays participant responses to facilitators as entered. It does not summarize, score, classify, or reinterpret them. Workshop interpretation — what the responses mean, what patterns exist, what actions to take — remains entirely the responsibility of the facilitator and their team.

Core Commitment

Participant responses are never processed by AI. They are displayed as entered and cleared when the session ends. No AI system ever sees them.

AI in Platform Development

Safe For The Office™ was developed with the assistance of AI coding tools. This is disclosed in the interest of transparency. AI assistance was used for:

  • Writing and reviewing application code
  • Drafting and refining documentation
  • Reviewing security and architecture decisions

All AI-assisted work was reviewed, validated, and approved by the platform owner before being deployed. AI tools did not have access to production systems, production data, or user information during development.

Content Curation

The workshop content in Safe For The Office™ — prompts, questions, scenarios, and activities — was curated by humans. AI tools may have been used to assist with drafting or reviewing content, but all content was reviewed and approved by the platform team before publication. Content is not generated dynamically by AI at runtime.

No Automated Decision-Making

Safe For The Office™ does not use AI or automated systems to make decisions about participants. The platform does not:

  • Score or rank participants
  • Evaluate participant performance
  • Classify participant behaviour or sentiment
  • Generate reports about individual participants
  • Make recommendations about participants to facilitators or organizations

The platform provides a structured environment for human-led workshop activities. All interpretation and decision-making is performed by people.

Future AI Features

Safe For The Office™ may introduce AI-assisted features in the future — for example, tools to help facilitators prepare for workshops or summarize session themes. If AI features are introduced that involve participant data, this policy will be updated before those features are released, and facilitators will be informed.

Any future AI features will be designed to maintain the platform's core privacy commitment: participant responses will not be used to train AI models, and participants will not be individually profiled or evaluated by AI systems.

Human Oversight

Safe For The Office™ is operated by a human team. Platform decisions — including decisions about data handling, feature development, and policy changes — are made by people, not automated systems. The platform owner reviews and approves all significant changes before they are deployed.

Transparency

This policy reflects the current state of AI use within Safe For The Office™. If AI use changes in a material way, this page will be updated. The effective date at the bottom of this page reflects the most recent review.
