Would You Rather 8 min

Warm up creative thinking by exploring innovation tradeoffs.

Innovation WYR questions are designed to be provocative. Let the room sit with the discomfort.
Idea Storm 20 min

Generate the highest possible volume of ideas. Quantity over quality at this stage.

Run multiple rounds. Read ideas aloud between rounds to spark new thinking. Do not evaluate ideas during this step.
Priority Poker 18 min

Identify which ideas the group finds most compelling and worth pursuing.

After reveal: "These are the ideas the room voted for. That is your shortlist." Resist the urge to debate — the votes are the signal.

The Idea Storm is the core of this session. Protect its time.
Do not evaluate ideas during Idea Storm. Evaluation happens in Priority Poker.
Read ideas aloud between Idea Storm rounds — it sparks new thinking.
After Priority Poker: the top-voted ideas are the output. Write them down before the room disperses.
Energy matters in this session. Keep the pace up.
