    Surface leadership values and tradeoffs.

  3. Team Polls 12 min
    Reveal team perceptions of leadership culture.
    If results show low confidence in any area, name it: "This is worth a conversation."
  4. Idea Storm 12 min
    Generate ideas for leadership improvement.
    Keep ideas forward-looking. Redirect complaints to: "What would you change?"
  5. Team Retrospective 15 min
    Structured reflection on team dynamics.
    Retrospective is the emotional anchor of this session. Give it full time.
