Facilitator Guide

Key Notes

  • Focus discussion on systems and service practices — not individual employees.
  • Do not invite public criticism of specific team members or customers.
  • Use future-focused closing prompts. Avoid customer-blaming language.
  • Idea Storm before Priority Poker — always.
  • Close with a concrete action the team can take this week.

Discussion Tips

  • What's one service practice we do well that we should protect?
  • Where does our process create friction for customers that we could fix?
  • What would our best customers say about us if they were in this room?

Closing Prompts

  • "What's one service improvement you're committing to this week?"
  • "What's one thing customers need from us that we're not delivering yet?"
